Dr. Colleen Bastian is the President of Invoke Leadership, an Annapolis, Maryland-based consulting firm serving global leaders from small and medium privately owned organizations to large Fortune 100 corporations. Colleen combines a pragmatic business background with doctoral-level psychology training to help her clients reach their greatest potential.

Business Experience

Before becoming an organizational consultant, Colleen worked as a senior sales professional at Pfizer, Inc., and served on their Leadership Council. Having experienced many of the complexities and challenges that her clients face gives her unique perspective and insight into the client side of coaching and organizational development.

Advocacy

One of Colleen’s greatest passions and areas of expertise is working with diverse teams and leaders. She previously served as the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the Society of Consulting Psychology. Colleen’s personal and professional experience has given her a keen understanding of group dynamics and inclusive leadership behaviors.
